Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEA2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,427 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAGEA2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of adaptive immune response, Gamma-aminobutyric acid signaling pathway, and Positive regulation of telomere maintenance via telomere lengthening. Each is linked with MAGEA2B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA2B-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of adaptive immune response grouped by MAGEA2B-low versus MAGEA2B-high in STOMACH.
