MAGEA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAGEA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H12, OR2A14, and OR4S1. Each is linked with MAGEA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA2-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H12 grouped by MAGEA2-low versus MAGEA2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
