MAGEA12

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA12 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,752 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA12-associated genes across cancer lineages are CKS1B, SAR1A, and TMPO. Each is linked with MAGEA12 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA12-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA12 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA12→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA12) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
