MAGEA10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAGEA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAGEA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, ACC1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with MAGEA10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAGEA10-to-partner and partner-to-MAGEA10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by MAGEA10-low versus MAGEA10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAGEA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAGEA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
