MAG

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,835 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAG-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, RPS13, and RPS24. Each is linked with MAG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAG-to-partner and partner-to-MAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAG versus RPL7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
