Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,331 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIK3IP1, CRYBB1, and SOX10. Each is linked with MAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAG-to-partner and partner-to-MAG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAG versus PIK3IP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
