MAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,042 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-1, SOCS5P1, and ACTG1P24. Each is linked with MAG in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAG-to-partner and partner-to-MAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-1 grouped by MAG-low versus MAG-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
