Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,351 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA stabilization, Negative regulation of immunoglobulin production, and Positive regulation of leukocyte differentiation. Each is linked with MAG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAG-to-partner and partner-to-MAG results are reported.
