MAG

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAG mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 79 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAG-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLECL1, POTEH, and MT1A. Each is linked with MAG in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAG-to-partner and partner-to-MAG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLECL1 grouped by MAG-low versus MAG-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
