MAFK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,976 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPCS1, PLS3_S293, and SRP19. Each is linked with MAFK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFK-to-partner and partner-to-MAFK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
