MAFK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,517 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFK-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL13RA2, PLCD3, and LINC02471. Each is linked with MAFK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFK-to-partner and partner-to-MAFK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFK→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
