Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAFK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,329 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction, Maintenance of unfolded protein, and Meiotic attachment of telomere to nuclear envelope. Each is linked with MAFK in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFK-to-partner and partner-to-MAFK results are reported.
