MAFG

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFG protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,610 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFG-associated genes across cancer lineages are DARS2, KHDC4, and MSI1. Each is linked with MAFG in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFG-to-partner and partner-to-MAFG results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFG→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFG) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
