Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAFG-DT RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MAFG-DT data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MAFG-DT RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAFG-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and ACC are the cancer types where MAFG-DT RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
