Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,864 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAFF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZFP36_S186, JUNB, and PROS1. Each is linked with MAFF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFF-to-partner and partner-to-MAFF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
