Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAFF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 357 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAFF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEBP1P1, SLAMF8, and HSPA4. Each is linked with MAFF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFF-to-partner and partner-to-MAFF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
