MAFF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAFF RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,069 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAFF-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R15A, PLK3, and LIF. Each is linked with MAFF in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAFF-to-partner and partner-to-MAFF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAFF→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAFF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
