Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,873 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPGP17, FAM230J, and TAF15. Each is linked with MAEL in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAEL-to-partner and partner-to-MAEL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNRPGP17 grouped by MAEL-low versus MAEL-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
