Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAEL mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,705 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRGBP, GRHL2, and MBNL1. Each is linked with MAEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAEL-to-partner and partner-to-MAEL results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRGBP grouped by MAEL-low versus MAEL-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
