Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MADD RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,034 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MADD-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SMARCC2_S347, TRIM3_S7, and BRD3. Each is linked with MADD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADD-to-partner and partner-to-MADD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MADD versus SMARCC2_S347 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
