Across TCGA patient cohorts, MADD protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,629 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf49, STARD10, and MAPK8IP1. Each is linked with MADD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADD-to-partner and partner-to-MADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MADD versus C11orf49 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
