Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,845 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, BUB3, and TIPIN. Each is linked with MADD in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADD-to-partner and partner-to-MADD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL23AP82 grouped by MADD-low versus MADD-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
