MADD

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MADD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 673 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MADD-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS2L1, OR10K1, and CRACD. Each is linked with MADD in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADD-to-partner and partner-to-MADD results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAS2L1 grouped by MADD-low versus MADD-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MADD→partner) and Y-score (partner→MADD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
