Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MADCAM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MADCAM1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher MADCAM1 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MADCAM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where MADCAM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
