Across TCGA patient cohorts, MADCAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,245 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MADCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LGALS2, CNIH1, and SEC23A. Each is linked with MADCAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-MADCAM1 results are reported.
