MADCAM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MADCAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 821 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MADCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-961P, RNU6-718P, and RBM12B-AS1. Each is linked with MADCAM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MADCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-MADCAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-961P grouped by MADCAM1-low versus MADCAM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MADCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MADCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
