MAD2L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAD2L2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAD2L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAPKAPK5, HPS1, and MTPAP. Each is linked with MAD2L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAD2L2-to-partner and partner-to-MAD2L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAPKAPK5 grouped by MAD2L2-low versus MAD2L2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAD2L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAD2L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
