Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAD2L1BP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAD2L1BP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MAD2L1BP Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAD2L1BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, COAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where MAD2L1BP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
