Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MAD2L1BP mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MAD2L1BP data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MAD2L1BP mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAD2L1BP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MAD2L1BP mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
