Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROH2A1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,442 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROH2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR2, CD300A, and LILRB3. Each is linked with MACROH2A1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A1 results are reported.
