MACROH2A1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROH2A1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROH2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Ku80, 14-3-3_beta, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with MACROH2A1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ku80 grouped by MACROH2A1-low versus MACROH2A1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROH2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROH2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
