Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACROH2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,198 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACROH2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, Negative regulation of cell cycle phase transition, and Mitotic chromosome condensation. Each is linked with MACROH2A1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROH2A1-to-partner and partner-to-MACROH2A1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling grouped by MACROH2A1-low versus MACROH2A1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
