MACROD2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROD2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,281 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROD2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFGEF3, MLPH, and NAXD. Each is linked with MACROD2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD2-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACROD2 versus ARFGEF3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
