MACROD2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACROD2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACROD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Src_pY416, STAT3_pY705, and ATM. Each is linked with MACROD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD2-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Src_pY416 grouped by MACROD2-low versus MACROD2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
