Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MACROD2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACROD2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRT71, TSPY1, and SLC35G3. Each is linked with MACROD2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACROD2-to-partner and partner-to-MACROD2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRT71 grouped by MACROD2-low versus MACROD2-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACROD2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACROD2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
