Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACORIS RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,559 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACORIS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPECC1_S55, ZCCHC24, and STAB1. Each is linked with MACORIS in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACORIS-to-partner and partner-to-MACORIS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACORIS versus SPECC1_S55 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACORIS→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACORIS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
