MACO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,084 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOA, SPEN, and DNAJC16. Each is linked with MACO1 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACO1-to-partner and partner-to-MACO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
