Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,199 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MACO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GYPC, RCL1, and ATP5IF1. Each is linked with MACO1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACO1-to-partner and partner-to-MACO1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
