MACF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MACF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,220 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MACF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOMM70, RPL5, and VCL_S346. Each is linked with MACF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MACF1-to-partner and partner-to-MACF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MACF1 versus TOMM70 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MACF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MACF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
