The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher MAB21L4 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MAB21L4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCS, LIHC, and SARC are the cancer types where MAB21L4 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
