MAB21L4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAB21L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,530 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAB21L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ESRP2, CDC42BPG, and PRSS22. Each is linked with MAB21L4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAB21L4-to-partner and partner-to-MAB21L4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MAB21L4 versus ESRP2 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAB21L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAB21L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
