Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAB21L4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,114 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAB21L4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, Protein localization to cell junction, and Desmosome assembly. Each is linked with MAB21L4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAB21L4-to-partner and partner-to-MAB21L4 results are reported.
