Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MAB21L4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MAB21L4-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR11H1, SLCO1C1, and SLC17A4. Each is linked with MAB21L4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAB21L4-to-partner and partner-to-MAB21L4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR11H1 grouped by MAB21L4-low versus MAB21L4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAB21L4→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAB21L4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
