Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, M6PR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,674 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible M6PR-associated genes across cancer lineages are CREBL2, MRPL51, and TPI1. Each is linked with M6PR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both M6PR-to-partner and partner-to-M6PR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, M6PR versus CREBL2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (M6PR→partner) and Y-score (partner→M6PR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
