Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, M1AP Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated M1AP data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher M1AP Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated M1AP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

LUAD, LIHC, and UCEC are the cancer types where M1AP Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
