LZTS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,150 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-162P, GTF2IP8, and SRP9P1. Each is linked with LZTS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTS3-to-partner and partner-to-LZTS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-162P grouped by LZTS3-low versus LZTS3-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
