LZTS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,251 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYO18A, ARL3, and PTK7. Each is linked with LZTS2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTS2-to-partner and partner-to-LZTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, LZTS2 versus MYO18A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
