LZTS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LZTS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GHRHR, MAGEB5, and PRR23A. Each is linked with LZTS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTS2-to-partner and partner-to-LZTS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GHRHR grouped by LZTS2-low versus LZTS2-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
