LZTS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, LZTS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,074 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZTS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LDHAP1, GEMIN4, and RNA5SP473. Each is linked with LZTS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZTS1-to-partner and partner-to-LZTS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LDHAP1 grouped by LZTS1-low versus LZTS1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZTS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZTS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
