LZIC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, LZIC mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 190 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible LZIC-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC134, CBX7, and FZR1. Each is linked with LZIC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both LZIC-to-partner and partner-to-LZIC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC134 grouped by LZIC-low versus LZIC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (LZIC→partner) and Y-score (partner→LZIC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
